In addition, our support and engineering teams work side by side, providing streamlined, knowledgeable, efficient support. ProSolv also employs active system monitoring tools to alert both the customer and the ProSolv Support team of any abnormal system behavior.
ProSolv’s first year warranty combined with an extended maintenance agreement assures continued access to our service professionals. The warranty and maintenance agreement includes all software enhancements and newly released software upgrades, including 3rd party software. In addition to unlimited support calls, you receive e-mail support, priority response to technical support inquiries and error reports, and documentation updates.
